Tanga Puzzles: November 13 - November 19

Here are the daily clues for the Tanga puzzles this week. To see the hint, highlight the space to the right of the date.

I don't give away answers here, just a small hint each day to help get you started or past a rough patch. If you want stronger hints, you can check the blog on the Tanga site itself, which is chock full of spoilers.

There may be spoilers in the comments here, so open with care.

Good luck!

November 13: The Tanga blog spoils this puzzle within the first 10 comments! All I'll say is, don't get hung up on what letter each of these words starts with. Now re-read the sentence at the top of this puzzle.

November 14: Use the scissors. I'll post a bigger clue in the comments.

November 15: It will help if you are good at jigsaw puzzles.

November 16: This one is too easy to need a clue. Okay okay, here's a small clue. Like in any blog, the oldest post is at the bottom.

November 17: Start with the third clue. If you say the two answers aloud together, it will make sense.

November 18: Updated hint from the puzzle-maker himself. Silently means without words. So what's left of the poem without words?

And here's how I suggested they might have done this one better:

Wordlessly, I search this poem for answers terrific,
first finding the general and then specific specific specific.

It's terrible poetry, but at least it 1) clues the puzzle correctly and 2) makes the use of "poem" make sense.

November 19: Once again a nice end to the week. Big clue coming: Here's one they could have included in their clues... in the vicinity of a serving of drinks. Or... be located next to a conjunction. Or... astound a labyrinth.

UGH. Tuesday's was too visual for me. Give me a good word-play puzzle any day.

Here's the bigger clue: There is absolutely NO math involved. To take that thought even farther...

They could have used symbols instead of numbers and it would have worked just as well.

Very frustrating. I've read the entire blog. I finally get it. But I'm not happy.
