Where do you find all these wonderful quotes? This one made my day.
I have a diary that I got as a high-school graduation present, and I use it to capture writing that I like. This quote was one I captured well over 10 years ago -- and believe it or not, I think I found it in an Acrostic puzzle!
But usually, I go to google and type in "quotes about X" and then I read through till I find ones that work. Very low-tech in a high-tech sort of way. :)
